Support via Instant Messaging

In the past ResNet has offered support for residents through Instant Messaging during regular business hours using an IM client (ie MSN or Yahoo). Now, with the help of Meebo, you can now contact ResNet instantly on this very page without having to have an Instant Messaging account. Simply edit the nickname, type and hit enter and your request will be received by ResNet. ResNet will be able to respond just like a normal Instant Message and be able to converse with you on this web page.
