Mission Statement
The Rental Issues page is a resource created by the University of
Wisconsin-Platteville Student Senate. The Rental Issues page is to provide
services to help students with off-campus housing related concerns. We act to
promote positive relations between UWP students, landlords, and the City of
Platteville.

Tenant Resource Center (TRC)
offers free counseling for tenants and
landlords interested in learning more about their rental rights and
responsibilities. Information on state and local rental laws and regulations
and lease screening services are available at TRC.
